I intended on returning an item I purchased, Josh's response was prompt, friendly, polite and they offered and immediately sent me a replacement free of charge.
Sounds simple, but I've rarely seen such customer service.

I like the designs of these bandanas, and am pleased with the quality of printing, material, size, and artwork. I’m especially impressed that these are very square, which is an attention to detail that seems to have gone by the wayside in the last 3 or 4 decades.
But, I’d prefer a proper rolled hem which I know is more labor intensive and more expensive than the serged / pearl edge machine hem used on these. Honestly, Mister Bandana could ditch all of the cute but really wasteful packaging and spend the money on a better, classic hem (each bandana is wrapped in a paper cuff with directions on how to "use" it, and then slid into another paper envelope, and the six I purchased were then packaged in a cardboard box with a “fun” sticker enclosed) .
Otherwise, these were a great purchase. I’ve laundered several of them once, and so far so good.

My husband is into mountain biking so I bought him 2 of these bandanas to wear on his rides. The quality is really awesome and the designs are a major step up from the old fashioned pattern you see everywhere. And after just one wash they wear in like you’ve had them forever.🙌💕
