We do our best to keep things moving. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once the Post Office, FedEx, UPS or other carrier has picked up your package from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (translation: the package may sit at the Post Office for a day or two after it's picked up - don't shoot the messenger!).
All timeframes and estimates provided by the shipping carriers are estimates and may not reflect the actual transit time. Any shipping speed estimates provided by the USPS and other carriers does not include the 1 to 2 business days it takes us to fulfill your order and get it to the Post Office or other carrier drop-off facility. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any delivery timeline, due to the uncertainty of the shipping carrier service once the package leaves our warehouse.
Our office/warehouse is located in New York City. Shipment times will increase with distance from the Northeast.

If your package seems to have gone missing, or you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll figure out what the hell happened.
